Introduction
Welcome to NAUZELL, a C2C hybrid marketplace operated by BEFASANT S.L. By using NAUZELL, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). These T&C apply to users located in :
- Canada (CA)
- New Zealand (NZ)
- Australia (AU)
Marketplace Nature
NAUZELL is a platform enabling users to buy and sell items between each other.
BEFASANT S.L. does not own the items, does not physically inspect them, and does not guarantee their quality, authenticity, or condition.
Account Registration
- One unified account type (buyer/seller).
- Users must provide accurate information.
- NAUZELL may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or violations.
Global Admin Seller
A single exclusive admin user ("Global Admin Seller") exists and is owned by NAUZELL. Its listings are visible in all countries and follow special fee and logistics rules.
Permitted Use
user may not:
Share personal data in chat (phone, email, IBAN).
Complete transactions outside NAUZELL.
Sell illegal, restricted, or counterfeit items.
Create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or prices.
Listings
Sellers must
Upload 4–15 real photos
Provide a description of at least 20 characters
Select the correct condition.
Follow special rules (e.g., makeup must be “new”).
Offers & Negotiation
Buyers may submit offers.
Sellers may accept, reject, or counteroffer.
Accepted offers update the final price for that buyer.
Payments & Fees
Buyer Fees
- $0.80 fixed fee
- 5% of item price
Seller Fees
Fixed fees based on price ranges (published in the marketplace fee section).

Shipping
- Labels generate by sellers.
- Country-based shipping.
- Smart cart with per-seller breakdown.
Liability, NAUZELL is not liable for:
- Defective or inauthentic items.
- Disputes between users.
- Shipping delays or losses.
- Indirect damages or economic loss.
Governing Law
- Australia Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
- New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA)
- Canada Provincial Consumer Protection Laws + PIPEDA
- Changes NAUZELL may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the marketplace constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Important Legal Notice Some consumer rights cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
